Leadership
Division
Description
The Command Leadership division is currently led by Admiral Nullen.
It was founded to ensure the betterment of the Org, providing structure and oversight across all it’s divisions.
Goal
We plan operations, coordinate across divisions and make the calls that keep this org moving in the right direction. But beyond the strategy, we listen. We make sure no member is left without support or without a place where their contributions matter. We aim to keep balance, help when asked and provide great opportunities under the UEEN-3EXC banner where everyone is having a good time.
Collaboration
Every division reports through us. We don’t micromanage, we set the objective and we trust our people to execute. When the Command needs to move as one, we call it.
Resource and Transport Division
Description
The Resource and Transport Division is currently led by Captain Bingus. We were formed to become the circulatory system of the Command. Every ore, every piece of equipment, every load of fuel that moves between our operations, moves because we put it there.
Goal
Cargo hauling, fuel logistics, supply chain management, and inter-base transfers with our allies. We keep the org’s operations connected. Industrial digs it out. We make sure it ends up exactly where it needs to be, on time, intact.
Collaboration
We are the link between every other division. Industrial fills our holds. Command tells us where to deliver and how much. Security escorts us through contested space. Without us, the org’s left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing.
Security and Combat Division
Description
The Combat and Security Division is currently led by Captain Crenkshaw and was formed to be the reason the rest of this org can do their jobs without looking over their shoulders. The ‘Verse can be a very hostile place! Pirates? Rival Orgs? Big irradiated worms? We are the answer to all of them.
Goal
Asset protection, escort operations, site defence and offensive action when the mission demands it. We run patrols around active mining and transport operations, respond to threats across the org’s operational footprint and when Command calls for something more deliberate, we plan it and we execute it.
Collaboration
Every other division is our principal. Industrial calls us when a claim gets contested. Transport calls us when a route turns hostile. Exploration calls us when a survey site stops being quiet. With quick deployment from our action-ready, Idris Class Frigate, we’re always there to defend our crew!
Industrial Division
Description
The Industrial Division is currently led by Captain Petey and was formed to supply the Command with access to resources and materials for crafting.
Goal
From Stanton to Pyro and deeper to Nyx, we’re found all over the ‘Verse hunting quality materials, breakin’ rocks and salvaging wrecks!
Collaboration
We feed Resource & Transport everything they haul. Security keeps our mining sites from becoming someone else’s payday as well as benefitting directly from the fruits of our labour. Exploration tells us where the rich veins are to mine or worthy wreck sites to salvage.
Exploration Division
Description
The Exploration Division is currently led by Admiral Nullen. It was formed for the explorers. The people who go first; before the miners, before the fighters, before the haulers, we are already out there.
Goal
Star system scanning, derelict logging, forward reconnaissance, intelligence gathering, relaxed exploration, event planning. If it’s happening in the ‘Verse, we know about it!
Collaboration
We are the tip of the spear. We identify the resource deposits or ship wrecks that Industrial extracts. We scout the transit routes that Transport relies on. We flag the threats that Security neutralises.
